Amazing! I was skeptical before I tried it as I thought you can't be worked hard in 20 mins but I was wrong. Whether you're a beginner to exercise or intermediate, EMS challenges you whilst going at your pace and resistance. I have noticed a difference in my overall posture and strength and break a sweat everytime, feeling challenged, motovated, in shape and heslthy. Muscle groups that I thought I was training before have been activated as the current does not allow you to be complacent and fall into plateau as each session is unique. My back strength has increased and my upper back pain decreased due to strengthening muscles and aligning the correct posture. Highly recommend whatever level of fitness you are at!!!

I have suffered with neck and back pain for quite a number of years, which is muscular skeletal. I have tried lots of different things over the years and struggled to reduce the pain levels. EMS was another thing to try. I have had weekly sessions for 3-4 months. My back is feeling stronger and I am feeling more energised. The overall pain level has reduced. Pat has been great and has adapted the classes based on my feedback and understanding my goal. Pat makes you feel very comfortable and is nicely encouraging in the sessions.
