In your first Free Trial session we will go through a health questionnaire and then help to establish the goals you want to achieve with us. We will then take you through to our studio where we will start your first session. You will then have an inbody health scam before your session begins which only takes a few minutes (you can find out more information about this scan in the video below). Your first session will last up to 12 minutes. Follow up appointments are 30 minutes and include a 20 minute EMS session and time to change before and after in our changing cubicles.
